Banshu Ikkon Daiginjo

This Daiginjo possesses the elegant aroma of Daiginjo in addition to its sophisticated delicateness.
It has a relatively dry and well-balanced flavor that allows you to enjoy both its sweet and umami notes.
This sake is brewed using the finest-grade Yamada-nishiki rice,
the premium sake rice cultivar widely known as the "king of sake rice," cultivated in the Special A fields.
By being allowed to age gradually as the bottles are stored in abandoned mines, this sake has acquired an even smoother texture.

This sake was awarded the Gold Prize by the National Research Institute of Brewing in 2004, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012.
It also won the Governor's Award presented by the "Tajima Toji Self-Brewed Sake Research Association" in 2008.
